Please make note of the following procedures for Public Forum:

• Doors will open promptly at 6:00pm
• Maximum Capacity of Village Hall meeting room is limited to 71 persons, per the Nassau County Fire Marshal
• Speakers will need to sign in on provided sign-in sheet
• The sign-in sheet will be collected at 6:30pm and no further speakers will be signed in after collection
• Speakers will be allotted a one-time 3-minute timeframe
• Time allotment cannot be transferred
• This is not a question-and-answer session, time allotted is for speaker opinion and/or recommendation
